Article 4 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When Service Provider receives a request for disclosure of personal information from the User, Service Provider will disclose such information to the User without delay. However, the Service Provider may decide not to disclose all or part of the information if required by law, and will notify the individual to that effect without delay. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, in principle, the Company will not disclose information other than personal information, such as historical information and characteristic information.
Article 5 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
A User may request Service Provider to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") his/her own personal information held by Service Provider, if such information is incorrect. Service Provider may request Service Provider to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "correct, etc.") personal information. If Service Provider deems it necessary to respond to a User's request in accordance with the preceding paragraph, Service Provider will correct, etc. said personal information without delay. Service Provider will notify the User without delay when it has made corrections, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, or when it has decided not to make corrections, etc.
Article 6 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)
When Service Provider receives a request from a User to stop using or delete (hereinafter referred to as "stop using, etc.") his/her personal information on the grounds that it is being used beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it has been obtained by wrongful means, Service Provider will stop using or delete the personal information without delay. When a request is made to suspend the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") on the grounds that the information is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that the information was obtained by wrongful means, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay. If, based on the results of the investigation described in the preceding paragraph, Service Provider deems it necessary to comply with the request, Service Provider will cease use of the relevant personal information without delay. When Service Provider suspends the use of personal information in accordance with the preceding paragraph, or when Service Provider decides not to suspend the use of personal information, Service Provider will notify the user of such decision without delay. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where it is difficult to suspend the use of personal information due to the large amount of costs involved in such suspension or to take other alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the User, the Service Provider shall take such alternative measures.
Article 7 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
The contents of this Privacy Policy may be changed without notice to the User, except as otherwise provided in laws and regulations or in this Policy. Unless otherwise specified by the Service Provider, the modified Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this Application.
